Toyota

The Japanese company Toyota Motor Corporation is one of the world largest car manufacturers. Toyota is the largest Japanese car company, which includes many companies engaged in many different directions (financial services for example). Toyota owns car brands such as Lexus and Scion, as well as more than 50% stake in Daihatsu automotive company. Toyota, Lexus, and Scion cars are unified regarding design, technical components, and sometimes have very minimal differences. That also applies to engines.

Toyota engines are a vast range of various gasoline and diesel engines, mostly four-cylinder and V-shaped six-cylinder engines. Toyota produces hybrid engines also. The most famous hybrid car is Toyota Prius. For big pickups and SUVs, Toyota produces big and powerful V8 engines mostly for North America market.

Toyota engines are famous for high reliability and long life. In Toyota, engines apply advanced technology by using time-tested technical developments. Engines have excellent performance and are environmentally friendly.
